After developing a painful tooth over the weekend, I desperately needed a solid opinion on what to do with it. I have not visited a dentist for 4 years but they managed to somehow squeeze me in to what seemed to be an already busy schedule the very next day because of my pain. Emails were responded to quickly and the reception staff had time to give me some brief advice even though I visited right at closing time. I had an appointment with Richard Heathcote who logically problem solved his way to the heart of the issue due to my pain being very misleading and counter-intuitive. Once the problem was identified, I was given the options and consequences clearly and lots of help making my decision on the next steps. All the complex X-Rays and other technical jargon was broken down into simple terms that even a child could understand and we went into lots of detail and analysis. All the worst-case scenarios were covered and safety protocols followed exactly. In the end, unfortunately I had to lose a tooth but was fully educated throughout and involved in the journey to the conclusion, which was customer service straight out of a textbook. I had some emotional attachment to keeping the tooth but the overwhelming case presented to me helped me look at the hard facts and chose the right path for the greater good of my mouth. The tooth was examined briefly to show me what exactly had happened and all questions answered. The appointment overran a little but I wasn't rushed out and dizziness was treated properly before I was allowed to leave for my own safety. Finally, after the treatment, all the necessary recovery advice was explained clearly and printed out for me. On a personal level, everyone was professional, friendly & genuine. From start to finish, there really isn't anything I could improve or fault. I was fortunate enough to get NHS treatment but was willing to pay almost any price to get a simple appointment. Upon contacting two other recommended practices in a panic, I was treated like a nuisance & found them to be very dismissive and unsympathetic with no advice phone-lines given or guidelines on how to solve the problem or where else to go. Other practices in the area could learn a lot from how Heathcote operate.

The footcare clinic is an excellent practice offering a variety of treatments in a professional and friendly environment. Debbie Hughan provides a really high standard of care for any issues regarding your feet and has a great team to back this up. I have been looked after really well myself and often refer my own patients. Jo Cheaney. Osteopath. Bramhall

I was admitted on the 18/09/17 as a day patient. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and doctors etc were wonderful. They kept me informed and looked after me really well. I dont know why but as an NHS patient I thought I would be treated different but I was wrong. Its a lovely hospital, very clean and friendly staff. I cannot praise it high enough. Thank you to everyone involved in my days stay.

The last 4 days have been the scariest most traumatic days of my adult life and I can't thank the staff at Macclesfield hospital enough! I started in a&e in the primary care department and worked my way through 3 wards. Each move and and step to my recovery I noticed how amazing the staff are and how much they did more than their job to help every patient in their care. I was pretty much alone at the time of my hospital stay as its far away from my family and with me being young and emotional the staff supported me so much. Thankyou for helping me recover and thankyou for every staff member for doing such an amazing job and always going that extra mile!
They deserve 5 stars for doing what they do despite not having the greatest resources. The buildings are so-so. They're ageing and you can see that there are not enough funds to bring them forward. However, the provision of care is exceptional. We have had kids with broken bones and dad's gall bladder playing up and they never missed a beat. Good work! If you have to stay on a ward: those are dated. This is of course not the fault of the hospital (£350m/week anyone?) but they are, let's say, basic. The medical provision, equipment, expertise in treatment, however, is top-notch. Full marks!

Happy with the phone and delivery. "Good" condition meant a heavily used chassis, brand new screen and a battery showing 95% usable life remaining. Along with a years warranty, I don't think that's bad for half the price of a new one!

Great atmosphere and high quality Italian food. If you are looking for true Italian dishes, this is the restaurant you want. Be warned: they don't serve carbonara with cream! Very good pasta dishes and interesting special menu. The staff is always friendly and the bill adequate to the quality served. I will definitely visit Rosanero again!
Great decor, friendly staff, inexpensive. And the best pizza I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The bread was just perfect - light and airy, but with substance and the perfect amount of chewiness, and the topping was punchy without being overwhelming.

I’m Malaysian Chinese and I must say they serve authentic Chinese dishes with superb level of service. Not many Chinese restaurants in Europe or UK can remain such authenticity. The restaurant are very receptive to feedback and offer sincere apologies. I hope they maintain this high level of customer centric attitude. This is a highly recommended dining place.
This is a very good Chinese restaurant for both sit in dining and take aways. The food and service is excellent and it's a firm favourite that I return to again and again.

Back in the 60s, the best school in the country! Gave me insight into a totally different world, which I entered and never regretted.

Beech Hall has restored my faith in education. I am so impressed by the standard of teaching ( my son went up 5 reading levels in the first term and both my children have become excited by maths). The small class sizes really help this ( my son has 6 in his class and my daughter has 10). They also have amazing pastoral care. They go far beyond preventing bullying by promoting a culture of empathy, kindness and respect to others. The headteacher knows every child well, frequently eating his lunch with different groups of children. Overall this is a fantastic school.
My 5 year old son was attending a very good local state school last year. It was clear he is quite advanced with is reading, maths and IT but less confident with group activities and extra curricular sports. He now attends Beech Hall School. With the small class sizes, he is no longer lost in the system and is given school work that matches and stretches his abilities, with individual teacher attention, support and guidance. His teachers work very closely with us and we meet with them regularly to discuss his development. Beech Hall offers many after school extra curricular group activities and now his confidence is blossoming and he is learning to swim, learning extra french, is a member of the baking club, and he can not wait to join judo and chess club. He mixes with all years of the school, mostly with the next years above him in group activities and seems to know everyone by name and everyone seems to know him. We have never seen him so happy and he loves being rewarded and achieving points for his own house by doing good academic work and for being kind, thoughtful and polite to his school colleagues and peers. The school provides a wonderful opportunity for him and it is fantastic.
